"What a star! George was requested to come to our quinta in Portugal as a surprise for me on our wedding anniversary. Prior to the event he asked about our preferences of food and drinks and any specific allergies, tastes etc. Having gone through these matters, the fact we have travelled extensively and visited most continents George was left to decide our options. The menu was agreed, as attached. His own cookware and the food were brought,
with our kitchen and facilities used. George worked tirelessly throughout including setting up the dining table and floral accompaniment in addition to cooking the food. The chosen traditional Portuguese items were so tasty, as were all the other intercontinental cuisine choices, authentically prepared. Nothing was too much trouble even bringing a charcoal barbecue to add flavour!
The whole evening, not only the celebratory meal was a delight from start to finale. George even cleaned up all our kitchen utensils and replaced them, as found!

From the moment he acknowledged my message he was prompt, professional, friendly, creative and enthusiastic about everything. He had input into the setting, the drinks and of course provided the most exquisite menu. George is calm and friendly and full of fun with incredible ideas (fir example the vinyl lp table decorations to augment my music festival theme - and the birthday cake based on my invitation design!) George went above and beyond and was incredible responsive and communicative throughout. My guests were blown away by the food and the party was a success purely because of George’s hard work and culinary talent!
