Born in Portimão, my deep-rooted passion for Portuguese cuisine and culture has fueled an illustrious 27-year career in professional kitchens. With experience spanning prestigious members' clubs, such as The Birley Clubs (Annabel's), where I served as Culinary Ambassador for 3 years, to Michelin-starred establishments like The Fat Duck *** and The Capital Hotel **, I honed my craft in diverse culinary realms. I have also left my mark on high-end restaurants, including Sexy Fish, Zuma, and Oblix. Along with private chef experience for the Caring and Weston families.

 

From casual dining to bespoke private catering, my expertise shines through in every culinary endeavor. The journey has encompassed restaurant openings, business renovations, and private chef work, instilling an adaptable and professional mindset.
